Opened products cannot be returned due to strict safety protocols. Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, excluding accessories. Return shipping is not provided.

Final sale items include discounted products, opened items, and those received over 7 days ago. Returns must be initiated by emailing support@wizebody.com. Only orders within the UAE are eligible for refunds.
